It is very tight

It is so tight I made somebody I know who's size 40 wear this and even her foot couldn't enter the shoe because the straps are so tight. The fault is in the shoe yet the management of this page wants me to pay for it's return and exchange for another shoe. Nonsense. Terrible customer service.

It's very pretty but so tight and not true to size at all. 42 feels like 38.
