writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of your slippers, which broke and are now completely unusable. My friends were also planning to purchase from you, but after witnessing the slipper break firsthand, they have all decided against it. I regularly purchase from brands like Valencia and Hook and have never faced such issues, even with daily wear. The quality of your product has been highly disappointing.
